As a member of Carlyle Place at Home, you’re encouraged to strengthen your health and well-being by taking advantage of our wellness center, personal trainers and fitness activities as well as cultural programs, educational opportunities, social events and more.

Should you need assistance with any health issues, you’ll have a personal care coordinator on call for consultation. This person is your guide through the health field and will serve as your advocate in the hospital, your concierge for arranging key services such as a dietary consultant, a temporary caregiver, a driver or whatever you need.
