Carlyle Place at Home members pay an entrance fee (that applies as a credit toward an entrance fee should you move in) and a monthly service fee to have full access to all the great amenities offered at Carlyle Place. It’s ideal for independent and active seniors who wish to have a little more security regarding their future healthcare and protection of financial assets while aging in place. And when you decide you’re ready to make the move, we’ll be waiting for you with any one of our great customizable living options. With this model, you don’t have to make any big decisions today in order to start living the fabulous lifestyle at our Macon, Georgia campus.

In your house, you have your favorite chair and neighborly relationships, but on the Carlyle Place campus you’ll be treated to new and wonderful social interactions, stimulating programming, and all sorts of fun activities.
Along with the fringe benefits of active adult living, you’ll have round-the-clock access to our full continuum of CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited, high-quality care. Founded in 1966 as CARF International, it is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. So what does that mean for you? With CARF care you’ll never need to worry about the quality of care you receive. This organization meticulously vets healthcare practitioners before awarding them certification.
Another benefit of Carlyle Place at Home is that there are several contract options that all serve to benefit you. Life Plan Communities offer peace of mind and protection against the rising costs of healthcare. The tax-deductible, one-time membership fee is applied toward pre-paid medical expenses. Some of the monthly service fees are also tax deductible, further making Carlyle Place at Home a fiscally solvent plan.

At our lovely community you’ll be able to come play some games of Pickleball on our brand new courts or grab a beer at The Pub.
