Executive Director Tom Rockenbach brings more than 25 years of experience serving seniors. Tom was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he began his career after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Certificate in Gerontology from Brigham Young University.
An active member in his community, he has enjoyed the rewarding experiences of serving on the LeadingAge Georgia Board and the Public Policy Commission, as well as the national association, Public Policy Congress. Tom also serves locally on the Macon-Bibb Meals on Wheels Board and his actively involved in his church.
In addition to his work and community service, Tom enjoys spending time with his family including his wife, two daughters, and two grandsons.

Dawn has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2000. She is a graduate of Georgia College & State University and started working in Long Term Care during her college years.
Dawn served as an Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy Ambassador in 2016 & 2017 and has also served on the Middle Georgia Alzheimer’s Association Leadership Board.
In addition to her work with seniors, she is a board member of Rainbow House Children’s Resource Center and a Life Group Leader at Second Baptist Church in her hometown of Warner Robins, Georgia.
Mary Golden has been the Director of Resident Life since 2002. She has a Master’s Degree in Family Service Management from Mercer University School of Medicine and has more than 19 years experience in Resident Housing management.
Mary is a Certified Aging Services Professional and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the National Association of Activity Professionals.
Mary uses her skills to ensure that residents are actively involved in the community in all facets of life: social, physical, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and occupational.

As Director of Marketing and Sales since 1998, Kimberly has had the opportunity to meet people who bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a former Family Therapist with a Masters in Family Studies, Kimberly is able to use her communication skills to assist families as they look into the various options for their future. Kimberly holds a Lean Six Sigma Certification and is an active member of Macon North Rotary.
Kimberly has been working with residents since the community opened in 2001. This experience has given her unique perspective as she has developed and nurtured relationships with residents throughout the continuum of care.

Connie Jones brings a great personality and a wealth of financial knowledge to Carlyle Place, Navicent Health as Director of Financial Services. Connie began at Carlyle Place, Navicent Health in 2010 after leaving a long career at Wesleyan College, which happens to be the alma mater to many of our residents.
Having graduated from Mercer University and becoming a licensed CPA; Connie brings an analytical mind and keeps the team on the forefront of industry trends.
Connie moved her mother into Carlyle Place, and is very proud that she has been able to blend her work with her family life.

Bob Kinney has thirteen years of experience in Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC), and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
In 1975, Kinney started out as a restaurant dishwasher. Through his hard work, he quickly achieved a professional position. While his career started in the commercial restaurant industry, he later went on to manage food operations for several prestigious universities. Bob worked within the collegiate foodservice community for several years prior to expanding his expertise to CCRC’s.
Bob enjoys traveling as well as visiting the beautiful beaches of Georgia’s coast.
