Carlyle Place has earned its reputation as a financially sound community that offers a high quality of care and service to its residents. In fact, the odds are good it’s more affordable than you might think. When you consider the activities, services, amenities, and wellness programs it provides, it can be surprising to see costs less than that of maintaining your own residence.
To qualify for Carlyle Place residency, an applicant must meet three qualifications regarding 1) Age and B) Financials and C) Health
- An applicant must be at least sixty-two (62) years of age at the time of residency. However, in the case of double occupancy, at least one resident must meet this age criteria and the other may be at least fifty-five (55) years of age.
- A resident is expected to have and continue to have a monthly income equal to 160% of the monthly service fee (after payment of the Entrance Fee)
- Pre-existing conditions will not disqualify you from becoming a Carlyle Place resident, however, may disqualify you from receiving the Life Care benefit.
